Francis Allard passed away on 10 June 1959 in Baltimore, Maryland. Francis and his wife, Bertha are buried at Moreland Memorial Park Cemetery on Taylor Avenue in Baltimore.
During his later years, Francis Allard lived with his niece Helen Wolfe Collins and her husband and Frank W. Collins at 2817 E. Jefferson Street. He bought their son, F. Donald Collins a car when he went to college. His Last Will and Testament bequeathed $5,000 to Frank & Helen Collins, $2,500 to Alma Allard, $1,000 to F. Donald Collins, and $1,000 to charity. He also left a set of silver to Helen.
