Mr. Percy L. Reinhart, a ledger clerk in the Water Department, was
married yesterday at 1 o'clock to Miss Margaret J. Allard, by Rev. W.T.
Way, at the parsonage of Emmanuel Reformed Episcopal Church, 1611 North
Caroline Street. Mr. J.T. Maginn was best man, and the others
present included Mr. A.A. Allard, father of the bride, Mr. and Mrs.
George P. Reinhart, parents of the groom; Mr. A.A. Allard Jr., Miss Ella
Allard, Mrs. Emma Cooper, Mr. Charles S. Reinhart and Miss Blanche E.
Reinhart.
Mr. and Mrs. Reinhart left for Atlantic City. On their return they
