1876 - Lot for Public Use
Proceedings of the House, March 9, 1876
Mr. Lambdin presented the petition of J, W. Busk and 34 other
citizens from East New Market, Dorchester county,
asking for the passage of a law to condemn a lot of land for public
use in that town.
Which was read and referred to the Dorchester delegation.
On motion of Mr. Lambdin, Leave was granted
to the Dorchester delegation to introduce a bill to empower the Town
Commissioners of East New Market, in Dorchester county, to condemn a
lot of land in said town for public use.
