A part of the mortgage was assigned to William J. Hopkins on 27 February 1894. Ratified by the Circuit Court by order filed in 1855 Chancery. Lot No. 1 on the west side of Main Street in the town of East New Market opposite the Methodist Episcopal Church, beginning at a stone set down on the west side of said Main Street and running N71.5W 11 perches and 4 links to another stone at the intersection of this line with the line of the lands of the heirs of Jeffrey Stanley and which the said Clementine Andrew purchased of J.
